Shipping

We ship via USPS GROUND. Please allow 1 business day for processing, 2-3 days to receive your items after. If picking up, all items are ready for pick-up once they are paid for. Please note return policies are based off receipt date and not pick up date.

Returns

We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 7 days of in-store purchase, 14 days for shipping orders.

  • We only offer EXCHANGES or STORE CREDITS for returns on full price merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
  • FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Size exchange when available.
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE.
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE.
  • SALE PROMOS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so we can rectify the situation.
